Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTypically bright and spicy, this is a fruit-forward juicy style of merlot. It opens with black cherries, sagebrush and medium-weight tannins with prominent mid-palate spice. The oak is just fine and should quickly dissipate by the time this wine is ready to be drunk in, say, 2024 or 2025.
