Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit comes from Block 8, North Field at Greata Ranch in Peachland, and Covert Farms Vineyard in Oliver. A little sweet with 15.2 g/L sugar that plays up against a Granny Smith apple acidity for balance before finishing sweet and sour and just a bit short. Clean and simple, this needs drinking now.
