Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaStahltank translates to steel tank, referring to the fact that this chardy sees no oak. Ripe and tropical notes prevail, with melon, tangerine, yellow apple, and fragrant candied pear on a moderately plump, medium bodied palate. Sweeter and shorter, this is a friendly, old school style.
