Swartland, Coastal Region, South AfricaFrom 4 different old vine vineyards, and limestone studded Swartland soils, this palomino was pressed into 500L barrels for ferment, and spent 1 year in cask. Straw, white honeycomb stretches taut across a waxen palate, with an embedded scrubby herbal note and a lit buzz from the soils.
