It is not a wine to age at this point but instead, it is ready to drink with chicken or pork dishes, or a meaty pasta dish. Rocca delle Macìe was founded in 1973 by legendary film producer Italo Zingarelli. His impressive film career allowed him to fulfill his dream of producing wine.
