Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis North Okanagan grüner is tipped with 11% chardonnay from Black Sage Bench, all whole cluster pressed and fermented cold, with 4 months in stainless, on lees. The buttery chardonnay buffers GV's inherent steeliness, resulting in a friendly white of green apple, lemon, white peach blossom, and downy lees on a snappy finish.
