The Blanc de Noirs is a single vineyard wine mixing 81/19 syrah/merlot, partially barrel fermented in neutral French oak before ageing on lees for five months. It is slightly darker than their classic Rosé and shows more flavour intensity. The faint pink hue gives off a rush of honeysuckle, orchard blossoms, and red fruits that spill onto an intense palate of strawberry and tangerine, with a juicy finish.
