Salento, Puglia, ItalyTerra Guaniani is a Salice Salentino Rosso made from negroamaro, and is certified Kosher, respecting the dietary rules established by the Torah, interpreted by exegesis in the Talmud, and codified in the Shulkan Aruk. Interestingly Kosher foods are not only associated with consumption by practitioners of the Jewish religion but also foods considered more reliable, controlled, and of better quality. Terra Guaniani has exotic spices and licorice, and the palate is an earthy mix of licorice, black plums, and dark cherries. It is well balanced and certainly food friendly, matching well with grilled veal, pork, chicken, and mature or semi-hard cheeses.
