Quails' Gate Dry Riesling 2021
West Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom vines now 30+ years, this was fermented cool in stainless where it remained for a short time on lees prior to bottling. Tart and dry-ish (4 g/L RS) with lime pith, lime blossom, green apple, gooseberry on a bright, briefer palate, with a twist of lime sherbet on the end.
