North Coast Region, California, United StatesSchramsberg is one of the leading California sparkling wine producers, based in Calistoga at the northern end of Napa Valley. The Blanc de Blancs was the first wine Schramberg ever made, dating to 1965, and is now made from North Coast fruit sourced from Napa, Sonoma, and Marin. It's crisp and racy, showing a combination of crunchy green apple and zesty lemon, with some autolytic character from two years on its lees.
