Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Sauvy is sourced from Waskiewich Vineyard on the Naramata Bench. After a whole-bunch press, it was held on lees for six months, starting with a stainless fermentation before transferring to 13% new French barriques and 87% older puncheons. The treatment has created ample textures in this youthful wine, with tangerine, passionfruit, pithy white grapefruit, crunchy Asian pear imbued with anise, scrubby sage, and subtle toasty spice.
