Languedoc, Sud de France, FranceNu.Vo.Té (meaning novelty) is a new project from Languedoc-based les Vignobles Foncalieu, and using the new French hybrid grapes Artaban and Vidoc, bred for disease resistance. Juicy and fruity, with forward red currant, rhubarb, blackberry gummies on a shorter palate, with pasty, sticky tannins.
