At seven years along, this screwcap finished riesling is awash in minerality and honeyed apple streaked with lime rind and an exotic orange undercurrent. Long and full flavoured with a nutty finish, this is just about at its zenith, and undoubtedly ready for a savoury chicken dish or a full flavoured fish recipe.
