Pere Ventura Primer Reserva Brut NV

Penedès, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainCava is the Spanish equivalent of sparkling wine made in the traditional method. It's made from local Catalan grape varieties: macabeo, xarel-lo, and parellada, and spends 15-18 months in bottle on its lees. This is a dry wine, low in alcohol at 11.5 percent, with subtle notes of citrus, toasted nuts, and green apple.
