Mission Hill Family Estate Exhilaration Brut Rosé NV
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe first sparkling rosé from Mission Hill is made in the prosecco style but with the usual care and attention Mission Hill puts into all of its wines. The pinot fruit comes off two specific vineyard blocks from two different Oliver estate vineyards: one on Black Sage Road, and the other on the Golden Mile Bench. With more than 60 individual blocks of 26 year old vines, an array of premium quality fruit is available. The attack is soft with mostly dryish red fruit with a twist of citrus rind to add some interest.
