Kalala Organic Estate Pinot Gris 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCertified organic in September 2010, Kalala’s philosophy is to keep the intervention to a minimum. The 2020 Gris is an open, fragrant white with ripe apple and sweet pear, but not as crisp as the 2019 on the finish. Best to serve this with spicy bites to balance it all out. The fruit comes off the Kalala’s Westbank Vineyard, where it gets the early morning sun and avoids the warm afternoon sunsets, thanks to hills to the west.
