Kalala Organic Estate Harmony White 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Kalala blend has a quiet nose with passion fruit and guava. The attack is similar, with lightly bruised yellow fruit and some bitterness in the dry finish. It is best served with a piece of soft cheese to bring more symmetry to the wine. Most of the varieties came from Kalala’s Westbank Vineyard, while some of the riesling and gewürztraminer came from Chandra Vineyard in Oliver. The blend is riesling (40%), gewurztraminer (25%), pinot gris (23%), and muscat (12%).
