Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDostana grapes are from Oliver, and the wine is aged for 30 months in new Odysé (American oak) barrels of medium and medium+ toast. The attack is earthy, with dry, spicy notes in the lead. The palate is similar, with peppery red cherry and rustic dry tannins in the finish.
