Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2021 DH Gew is sourced from Blue Terrace Vineyard in Kaleden, and there is 10 percent barrel fermented chardonnay in the blend. The off dry version has good aromatics of rosewater, peach pit, and candied ginger. Zero malolactic fermentation leaves the acidity fresher to deal with the sweet pineapple and litchi.
