Western Australia, AustraliaFrom their estate Wilyabrup vineyards, this cab underwent a cool, 10-day ferment, then direct to 300L French Hogshead barrels (20% new) for malolactic fermentation and 11 months of maturation. Ripe and dense with compact black fruit, espresso, tobacco, roasted root veg, housed by somewhat ragged tannins, and finishing with brown spices.
