Château Pesquié Cuveé Juliette 2020

Sud de France, FranceCuvée Juliette Blanc is a 70/30 blend of clairette and grenache blanc, the latter grape highly underrated. The label takes the name of Frederick Chaudiere’s daughter, representing the 4th generation at Château Pesquié. The nose and flavour profile is Mediterranean exotic, with grapefruit and lemons mixed with ripe pineapple and orange rind dusted in sea salt. The freshness is the perfect foil to the creamy textures and savoury garrigue. Wonderfully rich yet crisp and thirst-quenching, the bottle will quickly disappear at any dinner. Think creamy seafood dishes or roasted chicken stuffed with lemons.Tasted: 16 March 2022Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
