Campania, ItalyThese aglianco vines are rooted in calcareous soils at 400m in the hilly areas of the Taburno subzone, in Ponte. This was fermented in concrete, and then rested briefly in stainless. Ripe and fleshy with black raspberry, black cherry, laced with limestone and bound by firm, grippy tannins.
