Bachelder Hanck Pinot Noir 2019
Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaJust north of Wismer-Parke, Hanck Vineyard is similarly situated on what Bachelder calls Vineland's "grand cru strip." The fruit is more overt here and with more perceived ripeness, led by wild strawberries and black raspberries accented by delicate spices. The palate is also more generous but still with the freshness and modest alcohol that characterizes all of Bachelder's pinots.
