After a weeks' maceration in stainless, this was native fermented and aged for 1 year in oak. Juicy and joyous with wild cherry, pure black plum, wild blackberry, and fine black pepper, sculpted with herbal mustard seed and anise, and buoyed by fine, bright, stony acidity.
