Loire, FranceThis sauvignon blanc comes from limestone kimmeridgian marls on the slopes of Les Loges, and vines averaging 25 years. It was vinified and aged in tank, on lees. Lemon blossoms, prickly pear, pear skin, lime pith, and white grapefruit stream along the medium palate, buzzing with limestone through the lingering, vibrating finish.
