Loire, FranceThis sauvignon blanc comes from limestone kimmeridgian marls from a 2.3 hectare plot in the Champs de Cri lieu dit, near the hamlet of Les Loges, and with vines 50+ years in age. It was native fermented in tank, where it spent 8 months on lees prior to bottling. Rich and impactful, this full bodied white buzzes with broken stones, lemon pith, pear skin across a wide lees bed, lit with ample mineral salts and finishing with that limestone buzz.
