As a pinot gris, this joins a long list of ripe and slightly tart editions in the market. Nectarine notes lead pear/apple fruit with a citrus ending. Ready to drink. Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaImbzzl is a new Brand wine from the folks at Laughing Stock, obviously trading in on the whole stock market / trading theme. This pinot gris comes from Thomas Ranch Vineyards, with loamy silt over sandy gravels. After a light pressing, this was fermented and briefly rested in stainless. Ripe pear, nectarine, Asian pear is threaded with lime pith along a creamy palate, finishing with a dusting of spice and a bitter orange note.
