Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Branco blends Pinot Gris, Viognier, Pearl of Csaba and Chardonnay from their Outwash, Cabana, and St. Rocc Vineyards. It was fermented cool in stainless, where it remained on lees for 4 months. Perfumed white blossoms, white peach, pear, and apricot lead this just off-dry, slender white, with a bump of RS offset by easy lemon acidity to a bitter citrus end.
