Emilia-Romagna, ItalyThis is archetypal lambrusco salomino. It's pure and expressive, combining juicy, succulent black fruits with perfumed violets and layers of spice. It’s such an alluring, attractive nose. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced, it's just off-dry (9 g/L residual sugar) while still being savoury and lip-smacking.
