Saar, Mosel, GermanyFrom the Mosel's Saar region, and the single Scharzhofberger vineyard, this riesling is rooted on south facing slopes of weathered grey slate. Grapes were fermented in 1000L Fudre, where it rests for a few months on lees before bottling the following late spring.
