Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Demeter biodynamic estate riesling is entirely 21B clones now 40+ years old. This was native fermented in stainless until the desired sweetness was left (mid-sweet, with 41.5 g/L). The honeyed sugar plays up against lush white peach, honeyed pear, lime peel and perfumed apple blossoms. The palate glides with a glycerol slick, and the finish lingers with ash and lime.
