Corsica, Sud de France, FranceFrom Bindi's home estate in Patrimonio, and the Carcu collection of parcels, these north facing organically farmed vermentino vines are on clay and limestone soils. This spent a few hours on the skins before a native ferment in stainless. Light pear, lemon verbena, green and yellow apple, pine nuts is lashed with a marine salinity, and textured with chalk through the gentle lemon pith finish.
