The windswept fruit perfectly ripens before heading to a stainless steel ferment and a four-month ageing session in 40% neutral barrels, with regular lees stirring. The palate is bursting with yellow apples, tangerines, and apricot jumping from the glass. There is lovely tension between sugar and acidity, inviting you back to the glass.
