Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIn 2020, Bella released a small batch release of Backyard Chard: small lot chardonnay pét-nats made from three locations in Naramata village. This comes off their organically and biodynamically farmed estate vineyard's steep clay banks, and is a Dijon clone. Fragrant pear blossom, hawthorne, white peach and lemon rule this bright, dry, creamy fizz, trailing off with a riff of stones.
