Creston, British Columbia, CanadaRécolte Blanche is a blend of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Schoenburger, Chardonnay, and Kerner, from a mix of Creston Valley vineyards. Each variety was fermented in stainless before the final blend. Off-dry and bright with starfruit, kiwi, lime pith and lime blossoms to a snappy finish.
