Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom various Naramata vineyards, this gris was whole-cluster pressed and cool-fermented in stainless until the desired off-dry sweetness was reached. Juicy pear, yellow and green apple is laced with a bright grapefruit peel/pith, and lined with a fine bed of lees, sweetened on the finish by that bump of RS.
