Cawston, Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Pozza Vineyard, located in the Olalla Gap between Keremeos and Penticton, this cabernet franc rosé gets its pale colour from just a short time on skins. This is delicate and savoury, exuding cabernet franc character with bright cranberry, grapefruit, and fresh herbs. Lighter bodied and crisp, there's just a pinch of residual sugar (5.5 g/L) to bring it into balance, leading to a dry finish. This is a winner year over year, and 2020 is no exception.
