Kootenay River Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis Chardonnay comes off their Creston Valley estate's southwest facing slope. After whole bunch pressing, this was fermented in 500L French puncheons, with full MLF and than another 11 months rest there. Bright lemon, yellow and red apple, pear is met with ample toasted nut, flax, stones, and ample toasted spice on the finish.
