Zago Prosecco Brut Rosé 2019
Veneto, ItalyThis Zago pink was a fun discovery and a newish release from a Prosecco company begun in the mid 19th century. The fruit is sustainably sourced glera with 15% pinot nero, fermented separately and blended for colour into the second ferment charmat tanks. It's refreshingly dry (Brut) and crammed full of summer berries, pomegranates, and lovely fresh acidity in the back end.
