The Wild Olive Old Vines Chenin Blanc 2020

Western Cape, South AfricaThe Wild Olive packaging is attractive and showy, as is the nose of this aromatic version of chenin. On the palate, the wine is leaned out and intensified, reflecting its Swartland bush vine heritage. A cool ferment and six months on lees in stainless add to its freshness and interest.
