Vinho Verde, Northern Portugal, PortugalQuinta da Raza has been family owned and operated since 1769. From the interior Basto subregion, this Avesso was fermented cool in stainless, where it remained on lees for 4 months in a mix of 80% stainless and 20% oak barrels. The time in wood has given this avesso a lovely fine structure, framing the herbal peach, almonds, bosc pear on the medium palate, finishing with a snap.
