This charming, dry roasto of early-harvested Sangiovese was fermented cool in stainless, where it remained until bottling in spring 2021. Pouring a cheery light pink hue, this charms with wild strawberries, perfumed cherries along a slight, silken palate, seasoned with fine spice. Juicy and fresh, this is a delight for summer.
