Niche Wine Co. Sauvignon Blanc 2020
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe grapes come out of Oliver, and 2020 is the first vintage of sauvignon made at Niche. The fruit is ripe and to the point of being a touch sweet, but otherwise is fun to sip. The 2020 growing season was amazing. The grapes were cold soaked for a day and pressed off into stainless steel tanks to ferment. The style is fresh and sleek with a big hit of lime and guava mixed with notes of licorice and tarragon.
