Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMayhem is a sibling label, with Terry Meyer Stone of Anarchist Mountain partnering with JAK Meyer of Meyer Family Vineyards. For this fun new project - cans - they've sourced pinot gris from a contract Naramata Vineyard. It is whole-bunch-pressed, fermented and rested on its lees in stainless for three months. Crisp and dry with melon, Asian pear, yellow apple on a short, somewhat sour palate, finishing briefly.
