Ontario, CanadaFrom their Vinemount Ridge estate, this pinot noir (667 and 777) had 4 hours skin contact prior to fermentation in stainless, where it remained for a short time (no MLF) until bottling. With a lighter pink hue, this is strawberries and cream, perfumed raspberries ruling the slick palate, brightened with fine spicing, and finishing cranberry tart and bright.
