Abruzzo, ItalyVilla Barcaroli, now owned by Marche's Ciù Ciù, is an organic winery based in Abruzzo. This trebbiano is sourced from Controguerra and Ancarano, in Teramo, and at 260m. After a cool ferment in stainless, this remained in the vessel for a few months, to preserve freshness. Crisp and shining, with lemon pith and peel, mandarin, melon on a textural palate, finishing with a wash of Adriatic coastal freshness.
