Mt. Boucherie Merlot 2018

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA big rich, flavourful black fruited wine with tobacco, black olive, black cherry, blackberry. The attack is fresh with bright acidity and black raspberry, black pepper, anise with smoky undertones and some dense unresolved tannins in the back end. A lot of wine for the price, but at the moment, it is rambunctious and needs time to settle down. Serve now with grilled Italian sausage or lay it down for two to four years.Tasted: 30 April 2021Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
