Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, AustraliaThis pinot noir rosé comes from selected parcels of fruit off their estate Tuerong vineyard (85%), and their Red Hill vineyard. With a pale pink hue, a portion was whole bunch in stainless, while the remainder was native fermented in oak. Cool and silken, with wild strawberries and cream, fragrant florals, light spice flooding the juicy palate.
