Prince Edward County, Ontario, CanadaThis pinot noir rosé was half whole cluster, half destemmed, with 18 hours on skins giving the strawberry hue. After a wave of reduction, this leads into a tart cranberry, red currant, rhubarb pink, dry on the slight palate, with a green herbal edge around the sides.
