Rioja, SpainThis smart, snappy, dry Jumilla rosado blends tempranillo and syrah, made with both direct press and saignée, vinified cool in stainless, where it remained for a short stint to preserve the fresh fruit. Bright cherry, watermelon, cherry, redcurrant flood a juicy palate, seasoned with an alluring salinity. As usual, the Gil Family overdeliver for price. Worth seeking out.
